3D plotting of data

Hi there, I have data corresponding to a physical properties of a material at 12 different points on its surface, i would like to plot a 3d graph to visualise this data, is this possible?

MATLAB provides different functions to visualize 3D data. It would be difficult to suggest one without knowing the use case.
