algebraic loops are not supported in generated code!!!!

sir, please let me know the solution for the above sentence. i have added the unit delay block in the feedback path but still it is showing the same. any alternative solutions for this??

thank you for the links. i have gone through those which says adding of unit delay at the feedback and i have done that and its working well with simulation. but the same is not working well with hardware and getting error as algebraic loops are not supported for generated code. please find the solution for this.
