Setting up a system of linear equations and using backslash

For this question i am to set up a set of linear equations which i know to be that the sum of torque, and the forces in the x and y direction are equal to zero. I cannot figure out how to form matrices in order to utilize the backslash and get the values for the remaining forces. any ideas or help would be greatl
