how can i send constant input values to workspace from simulink model?

how can i send constant input values to workspace from simulink model and later how can i use those variables in mfile, do some changes to them and then sending it back to simulink model?

The changes will be made during the simulation or after the simulation? If you just wanna change the value after a simulation and apply the new value in the next simulation, use the block to workspace.

If you are using a constant block, it's more logical if you define your constant c in windows command or in your m-file which you need to run before starting your simulation, and set your constant bloc value to c.
