How to transfer from simulink block diagram to transfer function?

Hi Sir/Madam My name's Sophea from NPIC,Cambodia. I have some problem with transforming the Simulink block to transfer function, How can I do to solve this mistake?

As Azzi said, this is not very clear, but I make this attempt. I an Simulink block "transfer function", you specify nominator and denominator. Lets assume the are

[1]

and

[1 1]

Then your TF object would be

my_tf=tf([1], [1 1])

if you have a nonlinear Simulink mode, you can linearize it and gt a resulting transfer function using linerize command or using Linear Analysis Tool GUI.
