Building MATLAB/Simulink competency within a group of consultants

Perhaps this is a little off topic, but I don't really know where else to get inspiration. Anyways, I work at a consultant company where we receive engineering projects from various clients. Because the clients are different for many of us, we don't work with each other very much, mostly with the client's employees and the client's other consultants. However, many of us in the company do work with MATLAB/Simulink.

My question is whether you know or have any ideas on how to improve our company's MATLAB/Simulink competences. We have workers that has worked with the tool for 2-10 years, so it's a big range in terms of experience. The goal is to have more knowledge sharing when it comes to using this tool but it is difficult when we don't do the same projects.
