how to write a program or a simulink block of a 3 dimensional nonlinear torsional equations of a mechanical system?

i want to solve a 3 dimensional non linear torsional equations of a gear dynamic model consisting of mass-spring -damper elements using simulink . the equation consists of torque,inertia,spring constant ,damping coefficient which are nothing but input values. i have understood to solve a 1degree of freedom equation using simulink i.e. mxddot+cxdot+kx=0
