Sending data from ThingSpeak to AZURE automatically

Hi, I am trying to feed data from ThingSpeak Channel to AZURE, (see screen shot from AZURE). in other words how to read channel data and feed them live to AZURE.

The same data from export / import in ThingSpeak but a live link. hope someone can help/.
