How to change the specified part of URL when I use MatLab's web function?

Hi All

I need to use Matlab to open the URL (<http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/saving/article-1583859/)>, however I want to change the part 1583859 within the URL.

So I set

Part='1583859';
web('http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/saving/article-',Part,'/')

But MatLab keeps telling me "The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded".

How can I fix it?
