how to find filter coefficients of an image by least square method?

How shall I use optimal filtering to reconstruct an image? I want to use Least Square method to find filter coefficient,how to do it?

I have no idea. You didn't supply enough information. What kind of image? Reconstruct from what? Projection images (like x-ray)? Stereo (or more) angular viewpoint images? Why do you need Least Squares to find coefficients? What is being regressed. What defines "optimal"? There is so little information here that the question is essentially unanswerable. About all I can suggest is "You can use MATLAB, preferably with the Image Processing Toolbox to help."
