How to run a General Linear Model with repeated measures for non parametric data?

Experimental data:
Struct 'Timing_exp.mat' contains two variables that show the time of a D (downstroke) and an U (upstroke) of a four-winged flapping device as follows:
Timing_exp.cat - rows 1-9 acount for D, rows 10-18 account U (repeated measure). Each column represents a wing (dependent variables).
Timing_exp.val - the same arrangement as in 'Timing_eg.cat' but the values themselves.
Control data:
Struct 'Timing_control.mat' has the same arrangement but with with lines 1-5 and 6-10 as the different measures.
I want to preform a two-way repeated measur ANOVA where columns (wing 1-4) are the dependent variable, D or U are the treatments and add the comparison between the experimental data to the control group. In addition, it should be a non-parametric procedure.
The question I want to anwer is: Do the D differs from U in each column (wing) and between wings, and whether the experiment effects it compared to the control (of course to see if there are any interactions).
I hope I made my problem comprehensible enough.
Thank you very much for your time,
Ziv
