計測器で計測した不規​則な変化のデータで、​FFT解析を行う方法

外部の計測器を使用して、時間ごとの変化量を計測し、Excelファイルに保存しました。
そのデータを用いて、FFT解析を行う方法を教えてください。
Excelデータ添付しておきます。

時間変化が不均一なのが一番の問題なんだと思います。あとは大丈夫ですよね。
リサンプリングについて調べてみてください。

もしMATLAB最新版（R2020a）をお持ちでしたら、サンプリング間隔が不均一なデータに対してFFTをかける Nonuniform fast Fourier transform という機能が利用可能です。ご参考まで。
