What is "embedded fcn", what is "a-series vesrions" and when do this message exactly appear? Usually error messages and warning contain more information, so please post a complete copy of the message.
"Cannot find the path specified" sounds, like a specific folder is not found. Do you have any idea which folder could be meant?

fcn means function! and by a-series i mean for example Matlab R2008a and not R2008b !! because in R2008b this problem doesn't occur !! you can see the error here http://www.4shared.com/photo/2Pb2fvKG/error.html
No, I cannot see the error message there. I can see a blurry screenshot, and it seems like the missing path is mentioned. But I cannot really read it. But I think you can. So what folder is missing and do you have any idea why?
I'm still confused about the "a versions". Do you mean, that the function fails in 2008a, 2009a, 2010a, 2011a, 2012a, while it works in the b-releases? This would be really strange. I'd assume, that your setup of the 2008a version differs from the one of 2008b, perhaps different toolboxes, user defined folders in the path, current directory, etc.
Ali: Could you paste the exact file that the error is complaining about? I can't see the path in your snapshot because you need to scroll to the right in the pop-up window.
