Please use meaningful tags. You can assume that a lot of questions concern "matlab code" in this forum.
The basic usage of Matlab is explained in the Getting Started chapters of the documentation. It is much more efficient for you and for the contributors of this forum, when you read the documentation before you ask a question. Thanks.
delete(x,:)=[]; where x is the row u want 2 delete

Two virtually identical questions in the same day ( http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/58362-how-to-delete-data-from-2d-matrix) - is this homework, the same homework as Wei's? If so, it should have been tagged as homework instead of "matlab code".
