using Argmax for PALU factorisation

Hi there,

I am trying to make a PALU factorisation code and I am struggling with finding an argmax. I want to find the first or minimum argmax for the matrix A in column k and store it as rk like this rk ← min(argmaxs∈{k,...,d} |(Ak)s,k|). Just dont know how to code it.
