Distance transform of Image

Dear all;

I have two points which are the centers of objects in the first and last point of the line that connect these centers in two different frames, i need to use the the function bwdist and centroid parameter of regionprops functions but i do not know how to combine them to achive this target

can anyone help me in that

Please post your image, for example on tinypic.com. In the meantime, see BlobsDemo, my image segmentation tutorial in File Exchange. It finds centroids (of coins).
