〖P1〗_h (i,j)=(Σ_(u=1)^(S_u-2) Σ_(v=1)^(S_v ) δ(F_h (u,v)=i,F_h (u+1,v)=j))/(Σ_(u=1)^(S_u-2) Σ_(v=1)^(S_v ) δ(F_h (u,v)=i)) ....how to construct this in matlab form.

Please, prasanna, show what you have done so far and explain the occurring problems. Currently we see a long formula with undefined notation in the title, but there is no chance to guess, what the deltas mean in your context.
Showing any own effort motivates others to spend time for assisting you.
href="http://www.codecogs.com/eqnedit.php?latex=S_{u},S_{v} are denotes the dimesions of the original source image. and \delta (F_{h(u,v)=i)})=1..." target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"<img src="http://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?S_{u},S_{v} are denotes the dimesions of the original source image. and \delta (F_{h(u,v)=i)})=1..." title="S_{u},S_{v} are denotes the dimesions of the original source image. and \delta (F_{h(u,v)=i)})=1..." /></a>...here delta jus a arguments which satisfied result equals to 1 or zero ..thats it.
@prasanna: Please read Answers: how to format questions. Your comment is not readable nor a valid link. In addition it is useful to collect all required information in the questions, such that the readers do not have to read all comments for understanding the details. Therefore you can edit the question in this forum.
agree, this is really lazy. Why would anyone be bothered to even try to help you when you put so little effort to even asking the question.
@prasanna: Please do not double-post, see http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/56497-how-to-generate-for-loop-for-this-eqn. (hopefully this thread has been deleted already)

What have you tried so far and which problems occurred?
Usually I do not post this as an answer, because it is none. But here I think, it could really help you to get an answer. I believe, that you have tried the one or other thing already and only forgot to explain this. But this is a bad strategy, when you want others to spend their time for helping you.
Usually such bare questions are asked by teachers or by somebody who is willing to pay for a solution. The voluntary contributors of this forum are more encouraged by other strategies.
Good luck.
