How use a priori known array in NMPC

Hi,
In the implementation of Non linear model predictve control (using NMPC toolbox in Simulink),
How can I use a state (as input to the NMPC controller) known along the Prediction Horizon?
The prediction state is known ahead, and I don't want the controller to make different predictions.
