How to apply cyclic switching in Simulnk?

Hi, I need charging, discharging, measurement and relaxation in one cycle of measurement and such cyclic switching to be repeated with increase in these times in simulink. How can I make such sequence. Please help me. Thank you.

How your output should look like. Is it the same signal with 4 different values OR 4 signals with on/off values OR something else ?
