contour iso line label using pde matlab

Good Evening,

I am currently ploting the contour isolines with with the data from solution of PDE. I want to label the contour iso lines but i unfortunatly does not know how to enter the command 'Clabel(C,h)' for the given below synatx.

pdeplot(model,'XYData',a,'Contour','on','ColorMap','jet')

I will be really thankful if you can help me in this regards.
