How to apply SIFT to patch of image?

I have divided face image of size 200 x 150 into patches of size 32 x 32.

Now i have to apply scale invariant feature transform (SIFT) to each patch.

so, any body have code for SIFT, please provide me or mail me to khanhina012@gmail.com. Thanks in advance.....
