How to draw 3D rebar mesh

Hi all,
I have an issue to draw 3D rebar mesh. So I have upper level of rebars (transverse direction) with 3cm diameter of each rebar (spacing between rebars - 25 cm). The bottom layer is longitudinal, same diameter and spacing. I wanna draw a mesh 200cm x 200cm.
How can I do it using matlab? Hopefully you can help me!
