Uniformly spaced 3D point cloud

How to remesh 3D point cloud in a way that its points are evenly spaced? I have a surface (figure and data attached) and I would want all rectangles to be of the same certain size (so that the points are located on the same distance from each other). ScatteredInterpolant did not work:(
