I am new to Thingspeak and MATLAB. I have an uppaid free Thingspeak account and a paid Home MATLAB account. I purchased the MATLAB account so that I could get the autoupdate feature of MATLAB that requires a paid account. Before purchasing, I was told by Customer Service that the Home version does qualify as paid and would then support autoupdate. However, when I create a MATLAB visualization, the autoupdate tick box is not displayed.
More important than autoupdate, when I create a simple 2D visualization, I get the time and accurate Y-axis represenations but data is graphed.

There must have been some confusion on which products require the paid license. In this case, a paid license for ThingSpeak is needed (home license for ThingSpeeak would qualify). Fortunately, the home ThingSpeak license is reletively inexpensive.
Can you clarify what you mean by "I get the time and accurate Y-axis represenations but data is graphed."
