How to extract statistics from a fit

Hello,

I have two vectors, an independent and dependent variable. I create a fit using the curve fitting toolbox (or polyfit would work too)

I want to know the statistical significance of the fit (such as ANOVA tables) and the significance level of the coefficients.

In the toolbox, it shows me the confidence interval, but this is not enough to make inferences about the coefficients.
