Hello,
I am strangely getting this error when I try to run ttest() on a structure that is 91*1 single. Does anyone have an idea why, I couldn't find anything online.
Error in ttest (line 9)
switch (kind)
Thank you so much for the help, I really appreciate it!!
Best,
Idil

Two path directories show up.One is in the path I specified in the beginning of my script, the other one below, the default I guess, shows with " % Shadowed." I am using a server, hence some multiple source directories.

The first path - where did this function come from? As far as I can tell, the ttest published by TMW doesn't have a switch statement at line 9.

Hi Yagmur,
I think you have a file named ttest.m in your current Matlab path which is shadowing the original ttest file, please rename the file to avoid such conflicts. You can have a look at the following post on how to name a script file:
Hope this helps!
