FROM SPREADSHEET -BLOCK SIMULINK

I am facing a below problem
Caused by: The sheet contains either empty signal headings or leading/trailing blank cells. For the header row, either provide values for each column or clear the values for all the columns.
no blank cells
i attached my sheet I need only one rows data

Can you share your code? What are you trying to do with the csv file?
