MATLAB drive sync problem

Hello

I've been using MATLAB drive for about 3-4 months. Recently, I'm facing some issues related to sync of MATLAB files.

I can easily see there is sync between my ipad and android phone. However in my windows PC, files are not syncing.

i already tried solution given at

MATLAB drive connector

I've also restarted my PC. I also tried to restart process "MATLABconnector.exe" but the problem persists.

I have a university account

please help.

Hi Ravi,

Do you have the MATLAB Drive Connector icon (like this) in your Windows System Notification area (it may be hidden in the expandable menu)? If it isn't displaying the green tick, clicking on the icon should bring up a window which will help to explain what the problem is.
