Hi all,
I need some information about MDCE and windows:
1. Is it defer starting mdce service before or after logging in to windows?
2. If yes, how to and what to do for starting mdce services before login process in windows?

MDCE gets installed as a Windows service. It will therefore start independently of your login, as it's set to Automatic start when you install it.
If you wish to stop and start it manually, you can set it to Manual in the Services control panel, and then use either "mdce start" and "mdce stop" in the matlabroot\toolbox\distcomp\bin folder, or start it from the Services control panel.
The software is designed to run as a "server" type application, which is why it will do this without requting any user interaction or login.

Thanks,
Next question is why a remote worker on a system couldn't be identified by the matlabpool before logging in to remote worker's windows (by using parcluster on client machine), although we know that the MDCE service is running on the remote machine (We now because we can check it by telnet)?

There are a variety of logs kept for the workers, MJS and MDCE service. I'd start by investigating there. The location of these logs is (by default)
%TEMP%\MDCE\Log
The names are fairly self-explanatory when you get there.
