How to get detectSpeech function in MATLAB2019b

I have the MATLAB 2019b on my pc and Audio toolbox is also installed in it then also detectSpeech function is not found. How to resolve this issue ?

This function was introduced in release R2020a, according to the note at the end of its documentation page. You will need to upgrade to R2020a (or later, if you're reading this after release R2020b is released) to be able to use it.
