Interpolating meteorological dataset in matlab

Hello everyone. My dataset time interval is 3hourly and I want to interpolate it to hourly data. For a parameter such relative humidity there is no problem and i can easily interpolate it, but for wind direction that sounds difficult since the range should be between 0-360 and many times the value is 0(as you can see). How can I perform this? Morever, for cloud coverage, the amount range is between 0-8(values must be integer) and with a simple interpolation I got negative and decimal values.
