Trying to Create New Project

Hi,

I'm trying to create a project for the first time on MATLAB 2018b (student version), but there's no option presented for it in the File > New drop-down menu. All documentation I've seen indicates this option is supposed to be here, with no mention of specific versions having this option excluded. Is this something just inherent to my version or a fixable problem?

The MATLAB Projects functionality was introduced in release R2019a, as shown in the Release Notes.

The online documentation is for the most recent release (right now that is release R2019b) and may describe functionality not present in the release you're using if you're using an older release.
