How can I force fit the y axis intecept of 'fitlm' to an arbitrary value?

I'd like to perform a linear fit y = m(x) + q and force the q to a given value that is not zero.
How should I call fitlm to take q into account instead of fitting the q?
fitlm(X,Y,'Intercept',true) versus fitlm(X,Y,'Intercept',false); either leads to a fitted intercept or a force fit through zero.
