Pixel by pixel classification

Iam working on retinal image segmentation.I have extracted pixel by pixel features of a given input image.Now I have to classify each pixel vessel or non vessel using SVM classifier.Can any one please help me to classify each pixel as vessel or nonvessel?

Did you segmeneted your image? Actually I need to do that for water body extraction.will you guide me
