Why Matlab don't want to improve Italian market?

I think that Matlab a good program but with a poor Italian support. I saw Matlab R2012b, it is a very beautifull interface but I can not tell the same thing about Italian support because it does not improve.

I built a very good console application that I am using for my work but I am thinking to use Microsoft Visual C# for my next version because I don't find documentation about GUI and unfortunately English is not good choose for me. My goal is to rewrite all software in C# and to abandon Matlab.

Why it can not find an Italian manual to learn using Matlab GUI? Why Mathworks don't like Italian market?
