Extract Beta weights from SPM cluster to correlate with behavioural data

Hi

I'm looking for some help on extracted contrast estimates from an ROI. I used Marsbar in SPM to extract beta weights from an ROI I specified based on a significant cluster found in a specific contrast of interest.

Can I use the extracted contrast estimates for each subject to correlate them with behavioral data?
