how to convert a live script program for heat transfer to a simulink block? so that it also serves as a block in simulink model and takes input and give output in that model?

i am doing heat transfer using analysis (PDE Toolbox)
and ihave wrote a program in live editor.
steps in live script program
  1. Defined Geomertry
  2. apply boundary conditions
  3. Output is temperature profile at convective heat traser surfice
I want to make a simulink block using that .mlx file made in 2018b MATLAB
