How to perform Cross validation on Spoken Digit Recognition Example?

Hi,

I am working on spoken Digit Recognition Example. I would like to perform 5 fold cross validation in this example. I am new to machine learning and i went through many articles and examples on cross validation but unable to implemet it . Is there anyone who can guide me how to perform cross validation in this example ?
