using FFT to display the resonance frequency

Hello ,
I am having problems in using FFT to find the resonance of the system. The motor output in rad/sec is given to FFT but in the vector scope, it doesnot show anything. Any help is appreciated.

From ur question it is not clear that, what is the nature or form of motor o/p. I can help u if given a sample history of motor o/p.
