The documentation to which madhan ravi pointed is a good resource. Another is the free MATLAB Onramp online course that will teach you the basics of how to work with MATLAB. I haven't gone through it myself but from the description I suspect lessons 2 through 5 will show you what you need to complete those questions.
After that, if you're looking for more problems on which to practice your MATLAB skills take a look at Cody, particularly the "Introduction to MATLAB" and "Basics on Vectors" problem groups.

https://in.mathworks.com/help/matlab/getting-started-with-matlab.html - get to know the basics as soon as possible, so you don’t have to ask each one of your homework problem and wait for someone to do your homework.

Thank you! I'm learning but I still need lots of practice. The professor assigned us right away which makes it hard to manage the time. I'm scared I would make a bad mistake and get bad score but anyway i will try to understand it as quick as possible! Thank you again.
