Working with table.

Hello, i Have a question like this. I imported Table, from Excel file.

all i want to do is to rewrite data which is above or equal of 3000 Recommended_Working_Hours. When I rewrite i want also to keep everything, including Titles, Num (i mean whole rows).

I have in Excel file with 300 data, with 5 colomns and a huge amount of rows.

if someone will tell me how to filter this data, it will be very good and Helpful..

All i want to do is to delete some data from my table.

12 KL 2500 3000 (to delete only first whole raw) which is less than 3000.
