Scaling the y axis in the matlab plots

Hi,
I am plotting certain amount of data in matlab. I want to scale my y axis in the plot. For e.g: The minimum value i want on y axis is 0 and the maximum value i want on y axis is 100 although the maximum value i m having in my data to be plotted is 50.But on the polt i want my y axis to be shown till 100.
Please help me in this case

plot(t,y);
set(gca,'xlim',[xmin xmax],'ylim',[ymin ymax])
% you can use 'xlim' or 'ylim' or both
