Saving ID and RSSI of visible iBeacons every 1seconds?

good day,

I want to collect continuously (every 1 seconds) for iBeacons in visible areas and save the ID and RSSI for this timestamp in a file with sensor fusion App or any or other application if you could recommend.

Any ideas what's the smartest way to implement the scanning?
