could anyone help me how to generate three different values in a random manner for three users

I am having three users in the system

Based on 3 users i need to generate different values of random variable r1 each for 1 user.

such that r1=(value) for first user

r1=(value) for second user

r1=(value) for third user.

could anyone please help me on this
