transmitter(fixed) and random point receiver find the distance

i wanna transmitter(fixed) and random point receiver find the distance.

for example.

i wanna make transmitter A(fixed) and make random reciver point B

and I choose one of random reciver point

and find the distance between A & B

plz help me.
