how to extract sub-arrays from an array

I have some time stamps as an array now I want to make sub arrays according to their title. can any one help me. I am uploading file for time stamps.

You've attached a zip file that contains a single file without an extension so I haven't unzipped it. Rather than requiring people to download / unzip / load into matlab, could you post a simple input / output example here in the comment section or within your question so that people can copy/paste it into their workspace?
