How do i do this?
When hmax =0, v=@(D,H)(sqrt((H*(-9.81))+((-9.81)*sqrt(H^2+D^2)))) Write a function of ?? using @ method which takes two input variables D and H, and calculate the critical speed v* , when D=1m and H=2m

v(1,2) % at the end
