Deep network designer not working

I get the following error message:
Bundle#421 start failed: Loading C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2019a\bin\win64\builtins\diagram\editor\registry\core\mwdiagram_editor_registry_core_builtinimpl.dllfailed with error: The specified module could not be found.

Hi Sander,
This might be happening due to a licensing issue.
1. Please verify if the file is actually present in the location pointed to. For this stack trace, the file 'mwdiagram_editor_registry_core_builtinimpl.dll' should be present in the location 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2019a\bin\win64\builtins\diagram\editor\registry\core'. If it is not present, reinstalling MATLAB might help.
2. Antivirus products may cause the dll to not be accessible from MATLAB. Try temporarily blocking anti-virus and rerunning the model.
3. Finally, this may also be due to a licensing issue. Double check if all the license numbers for products have been correctly entered.
