How to generate S-Function with referenced models

Hello, I have a simulink modell containing reference models . I want to generate a S-Function from the Top Level. How can I realize it?

Is the purpose of generating S-Functions to hide the contents of the Simulink model from users? If so, then the best approach for the referenced models would be to configure them as protected models.
