Overwriting doxyfile in doxygen

Hello!

I'm trying to use doxygen to create some documentation for my MATLAB scripts. I was going through the following link: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/25925-using-doxygen-with-matlab

In this link, the author mentions about overwriting the default doxyfile within doxygen, but I can't find that doxyfile in doxygen. There's another method described using DoxyWizard tool, but I don't exactly understand where to change those options.

Kindly advise!
